This 18 AWG, 2-conductor stranded shielded control cable is for installers and electrical contractors wiring indoor power-limited control, security, intercom, background music, and audio systems. Its 1,000-foot spool provides cable for routed control and signal connections.

The gray cable has stranded copper conductors with PVC insulation, an overall PVC jacket, and cabled construction with short twist lengths. A 100% aluminum-polyester foil shield and tinned-copper drain wire are included. It is rated NEC Type CMR and meets 300-volt requirements specified in NEC Articles 800 and 725.
