Professional Clear Acrylic Gesso, 8 oz

This clear acrylic gesso is a surface primer for artists preparing wood, canvas, paper, or board. It seals porous surfaces while allowing the original surface character or patterned background to remain visible for painting, drawing, collage, and mixed-media work.

The 8 oz (237 mL) acrylic gesso has a clear, medium-texture finish that creates tooth for paint adhesion and dry-media layering. It provides a strong, flexible foundation for acrylics, oils, pastels, and drawing media, and is water-resistant when dry.

Key Features:

• Clear finish: Preserves the visibility of raw, patterned, or otherwise distinctive surfaces.
• Medium texture: Provides tooth to support paint adhesion and layered dry media.
• Porous-surface sealer: Prepares wood, canvas, paper, and board for creative work.
• Flexible acrylic ground: Creates a durable base for acrylic, oil, pastel, and drawing applications.
• Water-resistant when dry: Helps maintain the prepared surface after the gesso has dried.

Choose this 8 oz clear gesso when you need to prepare a porous art surface without covering its underlying appearance.
