Professional Clear Acrylic Gesso, 128 oz

This clear acrylic gesso is a transparent primer for artists preparing wood, canvas, paper, and board. It seals porous surfaces while allowing the original surface or patterned background to remain visible for painting, drawing, collage, and mixed-media work.

The 128 oz (3.78 L) acrylic gesso has a clear, medium-texture finish that creates a flexible foundation with tooth for acrylics, oils, pastels, and drawing media. It is non-yellowing and permanent, and it becomes water-resistant when dry.

Key Features:

• Clear primer: Prepares a surface without covering its natural color, grain, or pattern.
• Medium-texture finish: Provides tooth to support paint adhesion and dry-media layering.
• Porous-surface sealing: Helps prepare wood, canvas, paper, and board for creative work.
• Flexible acrylic base: Creates a strong, flexible foundation for multiple media.
• Water-resistant when dry: Provides a durable finished ground after drying.

Choose this clear gesso when the prepared surface should remain visible while still providing a textured, sealed base for layered art applications.
