This component strip heater provides radiant heat for industrial equipment and processes. Maintenance teams, OEMs, and facility operators can use it for surface heating or process air heating where a compact electric heat source is needed.
The heater operates at 240V and 1000W and measures 30-1/4 inches long. Its assembly is enclosed in a stainless steel sheath and includes two offset bolt-type terminals at one end, along with mounting holes for secure installation. It can be controlled with a heating control panel, mechanical thermostat, or surface-mounted bi-metal thermostat. Maximum sheath temperature is 1000°F (538°C).
