This normally closed diaphragm gas valve is for commercial heating professionals controlling natural, LP, or manufactured gas flow. Its solenoid-operated design provides final shutoff control for atmospheric boilers, commercial water heaters, and rooftop heaters.

The valve has a straight-through cast aluminum body with a 3/4 in. NPT connection and a maximum pressure rating of 1/2 psi. It uses a weight- and spring-loaded diaphragm, opens slowly, closes quickly, and closes within two seconds maximum. The valve closes if power fails and is intended for line-voltage service.
