This water main vent valve is designed for operators of hot- or cold-water mains, glycol mains, and process applications. It helps discharge moisture through a safety drain connection while providing a venting solution for compatible main connections.
The valve has a 3/4 in. NPT straight shank and a top-tapped 1/8 in. NPT safety drain connection. Its body unscrews for cleaning and includes a built-in check valve. Maximum operating pressure is 150 psig, maximum hydrostatic pressure is 450 psig, and maximum temperature is 250°F.
