Flat Natural Hog Bristle Mottler Brush, Size 100

This flat mottler brush is designed for artists working with oil and acrylic paints. Its stiff natural hog bristles help cover broad areas with controlled strokes for painting preparation and surface work.

The Size 100 brush has extra-short, hand-set hog bristles and a natural lacquered wood handle. The bristles retain their natural split ends for even paint distribution. Its construction includes wood, hog bristle, and metal, and it is suited for oil and acrylic painting.

Key Features:

• Extra-short hog bristles: Provides a controlled, stiff stroke when blocking in larger painted areas.
• Hand-set natural flags: Helps distribute paint evenly across the working surface.
• Flat mottler profile: Supports broad coverage for priming, gesso, underpainting, varnishing, graining, and transparent painting.
• Lacquered wood handle: Provides a finished natural-wood handle for painting tasks.
