Flat Natural Hog Bristle Mottler Brush, Size 30, 2-Pack

This two-pack of Size 30 flat mottler brushes is designed for artists working with acrylic and oil paint. It helps apply paint across broad areas with a controlled, stiff stroke for blocking in color, priming surfaces, and similar painting steps.

Each brush has extra-short hog bristles, a natural lacquered wood handle, and metal construction components. The bristles are hand-set rather than cut, retaining their natural split ends for even paint distribution. These flat brushes are suited to acrylic and oil painting and can be used for priming, gesso, underpainting, varnishing, graining, and transparent painting.

Key Features:

• Extra-short hog bristles: Provides a controlled, stiff stroke when covering larger painted areas.
• Hand-set natural flags: Helps distribute paint evenly across the brush stroke.
• Flat mottler profile: Supports broad paint application and surface-preparation work.
• Two-brush pack: Provides a pair of matching Size 30 brushes for painting tasks.
