This flame amplifier is for heating-control professionals using compatible 7800 Series and R7140 relay modules. It supports flame detection by processing the flame signal within the control system and provides access for checking signal voltage.
The amplifier plugs into a 7800 relay module through a keyed printed-circuit-board edge connector for proper orientation. It has a flame signal range of 0.0 to 5.0 VDC and flame failure response time options of 0.8 or 3.0 seconds. Flame signal test jacks allow voltage measurement, while color-coded labels identify the flame detection type. It is compatible with existing compatible flame detectors, ordered separately.
