This flame amplifier is for technicians and facility maintenance teams working with compatible 7800 Series and R7140 relay modules. It supports flame detection by processing the flame signal and providing test access for system checks.

The amplifier plugs into a 7800 relay module through a printed-circuit-board edge connector keyed for proper orientation. It has flame signal test jacks for measuring amplifier flame signal voltage, which ranges from 0.0 to 5.0 VDC. The flame failure response time is 0.8 or 3.0 seconds. It is compatible with existing flame detectors, ordered separately.
