These 5/8 in. split lock washers are for commercial maintenance and assembly teams securing fasteners where rotation or reduced friction can contribute to loosening. They add resistance to vibration-related loosening in general-purpose, marine, and corrosive-environment work.
Each washer is forged from 18-8 stainless steel and has a trapezoidal cross section that deflects under load. The washers can be installed with or without a stainless steel flat washer, provide marginal resistance to vibration loosening, and conform to ASME B18.21.1. Pack includes 100 washers.
