This depth gage is designed for machinists and inspection professionals who need to measure the depth of holes, recesses, and similar features. Its connecting rods provide a practical way to measure across a range up to 22 inches.
The gage has a 0 to 22 inch measuring capacity, a 0 to 1 inch travel indicator, and 0.001 inch graduations. It features a 4 inch base and a satin chrome finish. Two additional points are included for small-hole work: a 0.078 inch diameter by 1 inch long point and a 1 inch long needle point. A shop-hardened case is included.
