These tamper-resistant sheet metal screws are for commercial buyers and maintenance teams that need to fasten sheet metal while helping deter removal with an ordinary Phillips screwdriver. The security drive adds a pin to the Phillips-style recess for a more controlled fastening solution.
Each #12 screw measures 1-1/2 inches long and has a flat Phillips head with a tamper-resistant center pin. Made from 18-8 stainless steel, the screws are supplied in a package of 100. They install and remove with a matching tool and cannot be removed with a standard Phillips screwdriver.
