This component strip heater provides radiant heat for industrial users performing surface or process-air heating. It is suited for heating equipment such as platens, dies, molds, tanks, piping, drying cabinets, and ovens.
The heater operates at 120V and 300W and has a 6 in. length. Its assembly is enclosed in a stainless steel sheath compressed under high pressure for corrosion resistance. Two offset bolt-type terminals are located at one end, and mounting holes support secure installation. The heater can be controlled with a heating control panel, mechanical thermostat, or surface-mounted bi-metal thermostat.
