This component strip heater provides radiant heat for industrial users who need to heat surfaces or process air. It is suited to installations involving platens, dies, molds, tanks, piping, drying equipment, ovens, and similar heating setups.
The heater operates on 120V and delivers 300W of heat in a 14 in. long strip format. Its heater assembly is enclosed in an aluminized steel sheath, and opposite-end terminals support electrical connection. Mounting holes are provided for securing the heater to a wall or housing. The aluminized steel sheath is intended for applications with maximum sheath temperatures up to 1000°F (538°C).
