This solar connector tool kit is designed for installers working with MC3 and MC4 solar connectors. It brings together the tools needed to crimp, strip, cut, tighten, and unlock connector components during solar cable and junction box work.
The kit includes a parallel-action crimper, a solar cable stripper with an adjustable length stop for double-layer insulated cable from 2.5 to 6.00 mm², and a forged cable cutter with a high-leverage jaw and shear blade. It also includes two open-end spanner and unlocking tools for cable glands and locking devices, plus screwdrivers for PV junction box installation. Overall dimensions are 8.5 in. wide x 11 in. deep x 3 in. high.
