This matte acrylic gel medium is for artists, students, and educators who want to build texture, extend acrylic paint, and reduce surface gloss in painting and mixed-media work. It adds body for more controlled brushstrokes, collage, and layered effects.
Made with acrylic and supplied in a 250 mL tube, this transparent, thick high-viscosity medium can be mixed with acrylic paint to increase volume and create a thicker consistency without changing color intensity. It dries to a smooth, non-reflective matte finish and can also be used on its own as a matte adhesive or texture medium.
