This 4-brush long filbert set is for artists creating portraits, still lifes, figure work, botanical forms, and detailed painted shapes. The extended filbert profile helps painters reach the canvas while maintaining control for curved, oval, and shaped strokes.
Each brush has deep natural flag hog bristles, a matt green finish, and a copper ferrule. The long filbert bristles are 20% longer than traditional filberts and feature multi-diameter filaments. These stiff, durable, responsive brushes have fine points and are suited for oils, acrylics, heavy-bodied acrylics, gouache, casein, varnish, and jar paints.
