This electronic digital tool setting gauge helps machinists and inspection teams establish and verify tool-setting height. Its digital readout supports clear measurement viewing during setup and adjustment tasks.
The gauge has an IP66 protective rating for resistance to dust and high-pressure water jets. It features a large backlit LCD, inch/metric conversion, 0.00005 in. / 0.001 mm resolution, and a 2 in. default setting height. Accuracy and repeatability are rated at ±0.00015 in. / 0.003 mm. Steel contact surfaces have 0.0002 in. flatness, and five magnets are built into the base. Overall dimensions are 4 in. wide x 4.7 in. deep x 3 in. high. A 3V CR2032 battery and protective case are supplied.
