This circuit breaker finder helps electricians, maintenance teams, and facility personnel identify the breaker serving a specific electrical receptacle. It supports circuit tracing during electrical troubleshooting, repair, or replacement work.
The system uses a transmitter that plugs into a receptacle and a receiver that scans the breaker panel. It operates on 90 to 120V AC circuits at 47 to 63 Hz and includes an adjustable sensitivity wheel, audible buzzer, and LED indicators. The transmitter also tests for five 3-wire receptacle wiring faults and includes a GFCI check button. The receiver measures 2-3/16 in. wide x 1-3/16 in. deep x 4-1/8 in. high and uses one 9V battery.
