This rear-flange wall exhaust shutter is for commercial buyers installing vertical exhaust ventilation. Used with compatible exhaust fans, it opens during fan operation and closes to help protect the wall opening when the fan is not running.
The shutter has a galvanized steel frame and mill-finish aluminum blades. Each blade includes a galvanized reinforcement strip along its top edge for strength and counterbalancing efficiency, plus a felt leading-edge seal for quieter closing and weather protection. It is designed for vertical mounting with direct-drive or belt-driven exhaust fans. Overall dimensions are 25 in. wide x 2.5 in. deep x 25 in. high.
