This rear-flanged aluminum wall exhaust shutter is designed for commercial buyers installing vertical-mount exhaust ventilation. It works with direct-drive or belt-driven exhaust fans to close the wall opening when the fan is not operating.
The shutter has a mill-finish aluminum frame and blades, with galvanized reinforcement strips along the top of each blade for strength and counterbalancing. Felt seals on the blade leading edges support quieter closing and added weather protection. Overall dimensions are 17 in. W x 2.5 in. D x 17 in. H.
