This gravity-operated intake wall shutter is designed for commercial ventilation installers and facility teams who need to bring supply air into vertically mounted wall ventilation systems. It opens with incoming airflow and closes when airflow stops to help protect the opening from weather.
The shutter has a rear-flanged aluminum frame and aluminum blades with a mill finish. Each blade includes a galvanized reinforcement strip for strength and counterbalancing, plus a felt leading-edge seal. Blades pivot from the bottom to open by gravity and use spring assistance to close. It is intended for vertical supply-air installation and is compatible with belt-driven centrifugal wall ventilators.
