These 6-1/4 in. insulated long-nose pliers are designed for utility electrical and telecommunications professionals who need to grip, position, and cut components when working on or near energized parts at nominal voltages up to 1000V.
The pliers have heavy-duty injection-molded Nylon 11 insulation, flat serrated gripping jaws, tapered gripping jaws, and double knife-edge side cutters. They are rated to 1000V for live-line applications and individually inspected and tested to 10,000V. The orange finish supports quick tool identification.
