This compact UV flame sensor is for commercial burner systems using flame safeguard controls with ultraviolet amplifiers. It helps monitor flames in burners that require ultraviolet flame detection.

The sensor mounts on a 1/2-inch sighting pipe with an integral collar and can be installed on a blast tube because of its compact size. Proper installation provides a seal against pressures up to 5 psi. Multiple detectors can be wired in parallel for challenging sighting applications. The stated operating range is 0 to 215°F.
