This precision setup block gauge set helps machinists and shop professionals establish repeatable heights and spacing during machine setup and inspection work. It provides a selection of precision-machined blocks for positioning and measurement tasks.
The set includes 15 solid aluminum setup blocks with a blue anodized finish. Blocks are 3 inches long and 1/2 inch thick, with thickness accuracy of 0.001 inch (0.025 mm). The 1 x 2 x 3 inch bar has engraved scales on one side and bottom in 1/32 inch increments. A fitted protective case is included.
