This extra-deep steel pushbutton enclosure is for installers and control-panel builders mounting pushbuttons and switches. It provides additional interior depth for configurations that require extra pushbutton contact blocks.
The enclosure is made of steel with continuously welded, ground-smooth seams and an oil-resistant gasket. It accepts 30.5 mm and 22.5 mm pushbuttons and switches, includes factory-stamped pushbutton holes, and has external wall-mounting brackets. Listed overall dimensions are 6.5 x 10.5 x 5 inches. The cover uses captive screws that thread into sealed wells, with a grounding nut in the body and a bonding provision on the cover. An internal detachable hinge holds the cover open during wiring and allows removal.
