This component strip heater provides radiant heat for industrial users needing surface or process-air heating. It is suited for integration into equipment where controlled heat supports processes such as heating surfaces or air.
The 120V, 100W heater measures 7-1/4 inches long. Its heater assembly is enclosed in an aluminized steel sheath compressed under high pressure. Two offset bolt-type terminals are located at one end, and mounting holes support secure installation. The heater can be controlled with a heating control panel, mechanical thermostat, or surface-mounted bi-metal thermostat. Its maximum sheath temperature is 1000°F.
