This 8/2 AWG UF-B cable is for electrical contractors and building professionals routing power from an existing building distribution point to outdoor loads such as post lamps and pumps. It is suitable for underground installations, including direct burial, where permitted.
The 125-foot cable has two hot conductors plus a ground wire and carries a 600-volt rating. It uses annealed copper conductors with PVC insulation, nylon jackets on the phase conductors, and a gray PVC outer jacket designed to resist sunlight, moisture, and fungus. The cable may also be used for interior branch-circuit wiring in residential or agricultural buildings where permitted.
