This 3/4-inch lead-free replacement mixing valve is designed for building water-heating systems. Facility maintenance teams can use it to adjust mixed-water temperature, support stable temperature control, and help minimize scalding risk for building occupants.
The valve uses brass and stainless steel construction with Teflon-coated wear surfaces. Temperature is adjusted with a push-twist-release locking hand wheel. If the cold-water supply is interrupted, flow reduction occurs in seconds. The included components are a mixing valve, cold-water tee fitting, flexible stainless steel connector, and necessary adapters for most water heaters up to 1 inch. Overall dimensions are 6 inches wide by 8 inches deep by 6 inches high.
