This 18-inch direct-drive exhaust fan is designed for facility managers and maintenance teams who need to move air out of commercial spaces. Its integrated exterior shutter opens during operation and closes automatically when the fan is off.
The fan delivers 3,000 CFM through an 18-inch blade assembly and uses a 3/10 HP thermally protected PSC motor. It has a 20-gauge galvanized steel housing, a balanced enclosed 4-blade assembly, removable interior grille, and an OSHA-compliant grille. The flange includes pre-drilled mounting holes and rolled edges. It fits a 20-3/4 in. x 20-3/4 in. opening.
