This automatic exhaust shutter is for facilities using compatible exhaust fans. It allows horizontal airflow in one direction during fan operation, then helps block reverse airflow and environmental exposure when the fan stops.

The shutter has a rear flange for vertical mounting and measures 18 inches wide, 3 inches deep, and 17 inches high. Its blades open from airflow and close by gravity when the fan shuts down. It is designed for direct-drive or belt-driven exhaust fans and is not for use with vane axial or tube axial fans.
