This hardfacing welding electrode is designed for welding professionals working on parts exposed to high impact and medium abrasion. It provides a specialty welding option for applications where durable weld deposits are needed.

The electrode measures 5/32 inch in diameter and 14 inches long. It operates on DC reverse polarity or AC at 160 to 200 amps and is intended for flat and horizontal welding positions. Use stringer or wide-weave techniques, with a maximum of two to three passes recommended to achieve full hardness. The heat-treatable deposit reaches Rockwell C58–62 hardness and Vickers 670–700.
