STEP 1: Apply a small amount of Germ Powder to hands or other surfaces. STEP 2: Use the included Germ Tracking backlight to magically reveal the ''germs''. STEP 3 : When finished, wash off the powder with soap and water, and than use the blacklight again to check your handwashing skills.
