This quick-release latch kit is for electrical enclosure users who need to replace screw-cover access with a faster latching method. It helps convert compatible enclosures for quicker opening and closing while retaining a padlocking option.
Each package includes two gray fiberglass-reinforced polyester latches, 316L stainless steel bails, and screw-hole plugs. The kit converts screw-cover enclosures to quick-release operation without enclosure modification or installation tools. It is supplied with continuous-hinge Type 4X enclosures and is available for fiberglass hinged-cover Type 4X cabinets.
