This 60-inch yellow 1/4-inch refrigerant hose is for HVAC service professionals working with CFC, HCFC, and HFC refrigerants. It connects service equipment while helping retain refrigerant in the hose during disconnection.
The hose has a nylon permeation barrier that meets SAE J2196 requirements and a moisture barrier for resistance to moisture migration. Its low-loss anti-blowback fitting traps refrigerant in the hose when disconnected, and the 45-degree end supports installation in tight areas. It has an 800 psi maximum working pressure, 4,000 psi minimum burst pressure, a 20 to 180°F operating temperature range, and a 6-inch minimum bend radius. Gaskets resist deterioration from compatible refrigerants and oils.
