This 24V motorized zone valve is for HVAC and plumbing professionals managing hot-water flow in closed-loop hydronic systems. Its two-way on/off operation helps control water flow to support zoned heating applications.
The valve combines an actuator and valve assembly with a 1/2 in. sweat connection. It is designed for cycling applications rather than continuous power and is intended for closed-loop hydronic systems without dissolved oxygen in the system water. A manual opener allows valve operation during a power failure, and the valve returns to automatic operation when power is restored. The powerhead and actuator motor can be removed or replaced without breaking plumbing connections or draining the system.
