This 24 VAC dual standing-pilot gas valve is a combination gas control for technicians servicing gas-fired standing-pilot appliances. It manages gas flow during a thermostat call for heat while providing manual shutoff, pilot adjustment, pressure regulation, and automatic valve operation.
Designed for 24 VAC gas-fired standing-pilot appliances with capacities from 30 to 300 CFH, this valve has 1/2 in. and 3/4 in. inlet/outlet connections, a standard opening, and a 3.5 in. WC regulator setting. It measures 5.1 in. wide x 6.2 in. deep x 3.2 in. high. The first solenoid-operated automatic valve opens on a thermostat heat call and closes when the call ends; the second diaphragm-operated valve is regulator-controlled and closes if gas or power is interrupted. It is compatible with an ECO connector and uses an OFF-PILOT-ON lighting sequence.
