This automatic exhaust shutter is for facilities using compatible exhaust fans to direct air outward while helping block reverse airflow after the fan stops. Its gravity-closing blades also help shield the opening from environmental elements when airflow is not present.

The rear-flanged shutter has counterbalanced blades that open with horizontal airflow and close by gravity when the fan shuts down. It can be mounted vertically at angles up to 45 degrees and is designed for direct-drive or belt-driven exhaust fans. Do not use it with vane axial or tube axial fans. Overall dimensions are 28 inches wide, 28.5 inches deep, and 2.75 inches high.
