This motorized volume control damper is designed for HVAC professionals managing exhaust or supply airflow. It provides powered opening and spring closing to help control airflow at wall or curb installations.
The damper has a 1-1/2-inch flanged frame with welded corners, 6-inch-wide center-pivoted blades, and parallel blade action through a 90-degree rotation. Stainless steel jamb seals help limit light air and moisture passage. An internally mounted, factory-installed 100–240 volt power-open/spring-close motor with end switches is included. It can be mounted vertically or horizontally.
