This 12-inch backdraft damper is designed for horizontal exhaust installations. Facility and HVAC professionals can use it with fans or powered roof ventilators to help manage reverse airflow at roof curbs, ductwork, or wall collars.
The non-flanged damper has a galvanized steel frame, aluminum blades, and felt seals along the blade leading edges. Spring-assisted blades open quickly and are designed for quieter closing. Overall dimensions are 12 inches wide by 12 inches deep by 2.5 inches high.
