This combination louver and damper is designed for commercial ventilation openings where users need weather resistance along with the option to close off the opening. It combines an exterior louver and an adjustable rear damper in one frame.

The unit has a 12 in. x 12 in. opening size, a 4 in.-deep channel frame, and a 1-1/2 in. flange. Its front section uses drainable fixed blades set at 45 degrees, while rear blades with seals adjust by thumb screw for shutoff. A birdscreen is included on the back.
