This pocket thermometer helps food service, laboratory, and maintenance users check temperatures in air, liquids, and semi-solid materials. Its compact probe design supports quick temperature verification where a portable instrument is needed.
The thermometer has a 2.9-inch (73 mm) food-grade stainless steel probe and measures from -58 to 572°F (-50 to 300°C). It provides 0.1°F/°C resolution and accuracy of ±1.8°F/±1°C. Min/max memory with reset records temperature extremes, while the data-hold function freezes the displayed reading. An LR44 battery and protective probe cover are included.
