This telescoping gage set helps machinists, inspectors, and maintenance professionals measure inside diameters. Its self-centering contacts are used to transfer an internal measurement for comparison with a micrometer.
The set includes six telescoping gages in a case and covers a 5/16 to 6 in. measuring range. Each gage has two telescoping contacts, rigidly attached handles, constant spring tension, and plungers that lock at the selected setting. Hardened, ground contact ends have a radius for clearance in small holes.
