This galvanized shoulder eye bolt is for users who need a threaded attachment point for in-line pulling applications. Its shoulder design and included hex nut support secure installation where a rated eye bolt is needed.
Constructed of forged, quenched-and-tempered steel, this 5/8 in. x 4 in. eye bolt has UNC threads and is hot-dip galvanized after threading. It includes standard hot-dip galvanized hex nuts. The working load limit is 5,200 lb. for in-line pull only, and the bolt is fatigue rated at 1-1/2 times the working load limit for 20,000 cycles. It satisfies ASME B30.26 requirements.
