This combustion smoke tester helps HVAC service professionals test the smoke content of flue gases. It is designed for sampling at a smoke pipe hole during combustion-system service and includes the tools needed to begin testing.
The tester has a curved sampling tube that hooks into the smoke pipe hole, an impact- and acid-resistant polycarbonate barrel, a solid brass shaft, and stainless steel hardware. It uses smoke paper from all brands and fits a standard Bacharach case. The unit measures 3.625 x 3.625 x 16.125 inches and includes a paper scale, instructions, and case.
