This sound level calibrator helps technicians and inspection professionals check the accuracy of compatible sound level meters. It produces a controlled acoustic reference signal for meter verification before or during sound measurement work.
Designed for sound level meters with 1/2-inch diameter microphones, the calibrator is placed over the microphone, switched on, and used while adjusting the meter. It generates a stable acoustic signal at a controlled frequency and amplitude and complies with IEC 942 Class 2.
