This freeze protection control is used in air-conditioning service applications to help protect evaporator coils from freezing. It provides temperature-based control for systems using 7/8-inch outside-diameter tubing.
The control opens at 35°F and closes at 50°F. It fits 7/8-inch outside-diameter tubing and includes a matching clip. The unit measures 2 inches wide by 2 inches deep by 1 inch high.
