This electronic water leak detector helps facility staff and property managers identify potential leaks and flooding as soon as the unit gets wet. Place it in areas where water leaks may occur, such as beneath sinks or near water heaters, appliances, plumbing, and toilets.
The self-contained, battery-powered detector operates automatically without wiring. Its 85 dB alarm can sound for up to 72 hours during a flood event, and the unit floats while continuing to alarm until the battery is depleted. A low-battery indicator helps signal when battery attention is needed. The detector measures 6 x 6 x 2 inches.
