This electromechanical defrost control is used by commercial refrigeration technicians and facility teams to schedule and manage defrost cycles on refrigeration equipment. It supports temperature- or pressure-terminated defrost operation for walk-in boxes, reach-in boxes, refrigerated cases, and condensing units.
The control uses a heavy-duty synchronous motor and has a heavy-duty steel case with electrical knockouts on the sides, back, and bottom. Defrost initiation can be adjusted from one to six times per day, while cycle duration adjusts from 4 to 110 minutes in 2-minute increments. Contact arrangements are available for electric heat, hot gas, or off-cycle defrost. Overall dimensions are 9 in. long, 5 in. wide, and 4.5 in. high.
